A 3 star, self-contained, self-catering, bed-sit with own entrance; and also a separate one bedroom, open plan cottage style property located in the heart of the Chilterns at Radnage located just 3 miles from J5 of the M40.

There is also a caravan for weekend lets only.

‘Golden Acres’ is a small holding farm set in 10.5 acres. Most of the land is used to graze ponies and horses. The Pitchers family have worked the farm since 1945.

Radnage village is to the west of West Wycombe in Buckinghamshire and is surrounded by the beautiful Chiltern countryside.

The area is ideal for walkers, painters and bird spotters – especially for Red Kites.

Located only 3 miles from junction 5 of the M40, Radnage is well placed for sightseeing and shopping at Henley, Marlow and Oxford or the new Eden Centre at High Wycombe.

The village pub is about 200m away and there are several other eating and drinking places a short drive away.
